With over a decade of real estate and entrepreneurship experience, Roman has changed the way attorneys are perceived. His definitiveness and communication are key to cultivating successful client relationships. Roman’s focus is on representing individuals and investors in the purchase, sale or lease of residential or commercial real estate. He also represents private money lenders and banking institutions in residential and commercial loan closings and a variety of other business owners in the sale, acquisition or structuring of businesses.

Prior to this Firm, Roman was a managing partner at Criscione, Ravala & Tabatchouk, LLP where he focused on Lender Representation, Residential and Commercial Transactions and Business Law. He also accumulated an extensive background in real estate and business through his work at the Law Offices of John F. O’Halloran, where he worked hands-on with residential and commercial transactions, commercial loan closings and business counselling.

Prior to his legal career, Roman, was a congressional clerk for the United States House of Representatives for Congressman Maurice Hinchey where he had hands-on experience within the House of Representatives.

When he’s not in the office you can find him playing ice hockey or soccer and enjoying the company of friends and family.
